Extreme self care seems like an incredibly selfish concept, but when you are well cared for in yourself, you have more joy to give to others.
When you are a mother, the concept of extreme self care seems a million miles away. In reality, self care can mean something as simple as laying out a special place mat to remind you to eat consciously, taking a bubble bath, listening to a particular soundtrack or pinning positive affirmations around your mirror.
